Error description

• When a database contains a root segment with null key value,
  x'00..00', an incorrect Repartitioning Report can be generated.

  Because HALDB Toolkit is not designed to handle a root segment
  with null key value in HDAM/PHDAM, an incorrect Repartitioning
  Report can be generated.
  

Problem conclusion

• IHCWANA3 has been changed to properly handle a root segment with
  null key in HDAM/PHDAM.
