Error description

• The General Report LOADFILE is being enhanced to allow for the
  inclusion of the summary of action per object / type of action,
  the inclusion of the DATASHARING member name, and the control of
  the length when the fixed table owner and fixed table name
  option is selected. This also adds a parameter to not convert
  the header data to UNICODE, leaving it in EBCDIC instead.
