PI09805: CQM3311E UNABLE TO LINK DB2 SYSTEM WHEN TRYING TO INSTALL TO A DB2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CQM3311E UNABLE TO LINK DB2 SYSTEM when trying to install to a
  DB2.
  
  When Query Monitor is activating for a DB2 subsystem, message
  CQM3311E can occur. Query Monitor is then unable to activate
  until the next DB2 recycle.
  
  Code is being introduced to perform the necessary PASN-AL
  clean-up for any entry that Query Monitor might use.
  

Local fix

• Recycle DB2 and restart Query Monitor
