• ABEND0C4 in IOHXIMS +x'F24' when PF3 is issued while in panel
  IOHSET11.

  *                      IOHSET11 (EDIT/ADD IMSID xxxx), the     *
  *                      message "Abend 0C4000 hex occurred      *
  *                      processing command 'IOHXSET '." is      *
  *                      displayed.                              *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Program attempts partial update/add of options data for the
  IMSID specified, but does not have addressability.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to no longer fail when PF3 is hit after
  presentation of 1st page of IOHSET11 (IMSID options). Code will
  simply return to panel IOHSET (Setup) and display the message
  "OPTIONS NOT SAVED" at top right of screen. No data from the
  prior panel IOHSET11 (EDIT/ADD IMSID XXXX) is processed.
