  From the Policy Services Setup: Select XCF Group Name
  panel of the Policy Services ISPF client, a new
  option 'U' is added.
  
  Enter U in response to the question, 'Do you want to
  get the exception messages at phase 1 of policy
  evaluation?'
  
  The current setting remains unchanged if U is entered.
