PI08152: CORRECT THE BEHAVIOR OF IMS V13 ACBGEN UTILITY WITH BLDPSB=NO FOR FP DBD AND SHARED SECONDARY INDEX

Error description

• After IMS V13 APAR PM85882 is applied, the IMS ACBGEN utility is
  corrected the behavior of the parameter BLDPSB=NO for:
    1. FP DBD and shared secondary index
    2. PSB should be rebuilt when BLDPSB=NO is specified and the
  DBD's physical structure is changed.
  
  This APAR enables the Advanced ACBGEN utility with the IMS V13
  environment in which IMS APAR PM85882 is applied to process
  ACBGEN with BLDPSB=NO same as IMS ACBGEN utility with PM85882
  does.
  
  Without this APAR, the Advanced ACBGEN utility with the IMS V13
  environment will rebuild all the PSBs that referenced the FP
  DBD and shared secondary index whether DBD had a physical
  database structure changes or not.

  *                      physical database structure changes     *
  *                      under IMS V13, when parameter BLDPSB=NO *
  *                      is specified on BUILD DBD= control      *
  *                      statement in Advanced ACBGEN utility    *
  *                      jobs. To enable this, Advanced ACBGEN   *
  *                      need the IMS environment with the IMS   *
  *                      APAR PM85882.                           *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  When parameter BLDPSB=NO was specified on BUILD DBD= control
  statement in Advanced ACBGEN utility without this APAR, all the
  PSBs that referenced the FP DB or shared secondary index DB were
  rebuilt whether DBD had a physical database structure changes or
  not.
  
  By this APAR, Advanced ACBGEN utility is corrected not to
  rebuild PSBs which references the DBD (including Full Function
  database, Fast Path DEDB, Fast Path secondary index, Full
  Function primary index, secondary index and shared secondary
  index databases) that does not have a physical database
  structure changes under IMS V13. Advanced ACBGEN utility will
  output same results as IMS ACBGEN does.
  
  To enable this, Advanced ACBGEN needs the IMS environment with
  the IMS APAR PM85882.
  
  If Advanced ACBGEN utility with this APAR runs in the IMS
  environment that does not have APAR PM85882 applied, the results
  has changed. PSBs will not be always rebuild when BLDPSB=NO is
  specified on the BUILD DBD=dbdname control statement and whether
  DBD had a physical database structure changes or not. This
  result is not expected results for BLDPSB=NO parameter. So apply
  IMS APAR PM85882 when this APAR will be applied.
  
  Advanced ACBGEN utility under IMS V10, V11 and V12 is not
  changed by this APAR.
