  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of the DB2 Administration Tool for     *
  *                 z/OS who compare a Materialized Query Table  *
  *                 (MQT) with a rotated partition.              *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When comparing two tables with          *
  *                      partitions, Object Compare can          *
  *                      detect the case that the nth            *
  *                      partition is rotated to the last        *
  *                      partition. Object Compare will          *
  *                      generate an Alter statement:            *
  *                                                              *
  *                      ALTER TABLE .. ROTATE PARTITION..       *
  *                                                              *
  *                      However , if this is a MQT then         *
  *                      Object Compare should generate          *
  *                      Drop/Create instead.  In this           *
  *                      case, Object Compare does generate      *
  *                      invalid DDL and the UNLOAD fails        *
  *                      with the following error:               *

  *                      DSNUGDFL - INVALID OPERAND              *
