*                      does not save mask selections on panel  *
*                      ADB2C11I 'CM - Interpretation of a      *
*                      Change'.                                *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

Program added unnecessary single quotes around the mask owner
and mask name before querying the related mask information for
the Import change.
