Error description
Client is using RSA 8.0.4, they found following issue: ------------------------- Product or Service: Rational Software Architect for WebSphere Software 8.0.x Component ID: 5724I7001 . Operating System: Windows (Microsoft) . Problem title Delete step in Workflows doesn't show unit name . Problem description Delete step in Workflows doesn't show unit name Steps to reproduce: 1. Create/open a deployment topology in RSA with at least one unit in a 'to be uninstalled state'. 2. Generate a workflow for this topology against a matching automation signature 3. Observe that, unlike steps to install units, the delete step in the workflow does not show the affected unit name in brackets I've attached a screenshot showing a workflow with 3 steps. These were generated by matching a local queue unit against signatures for the following states: 'to be installed', 'unknown-?installed' and 'to be uninstalled'. In the workflow tasks list you can see that the name of the queue object appears for the MQ_LOCAL_CREATE and MQ_LOCAL_ALTER steps in brackets, but doesn't appear for the MQ_LOCAL_DELETE step. While yes, if you select the MQ_LOCAL_DELETE step you can see the name of the affected unit, it would be more consistent and convenient if the name of the unit appeared in brackets in the step name as it does for the other steps. ------------------------- I'm able to reproduce the issue with RSA 8.5.1, create 2 automation signature, one for install and one for uninstall, create 2 topologies, after workflow created, the uninstall task does not have indication like '(.....)' in name;
