Error description

• DB2 Offload Table SUMM_METRICS has DB2_VERSION = 999 for DB2 V10
  and later DB2 Versions.
  .
  This enhancement adds the 4-byte DB2_VERSION_LONG column to the
  DB2 offload tables for designation of DB2 V10 and later DB2
  Versions (the DB2_VERSION column is retained and will display
  "999" for designation of DB2 V10).
