• The DB2 Administration Tool for z/OS Change Management function
  generates msg ADB5184E SQLCODE = -628 importing a change file
  altering a Global Temporary Table with a Foreign Key.

  *                 Temporary Tables in the compare process.     *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: For a Created Global Temporary Table,   *
  *                      a column is not allowed to be defined   *
  *                      as NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT.  When this    *
  *                      invalid definition is contained in the  *
  *                      source DDL file for a new column        *
  *                      which is to be appended to the          *
  *                      target, Compare generates an invalid    *
  *                      ALTER statement which causes a          *
  *                      SQLCODE=-628 / SQLCODEN628 during the   *
  *                      APPLY. The syntax error should be       *
  *                      detected by Validate before the         *
  *                      apply.                                  *

  For Created Global Temporary Table, a column is not allowed to
  be defined as NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT.  When this invalid
  definition is contained in the source DDL file for a new column

  invalid ALTER statement which causes a SQLCODE=-628 /
  SQLCODEN628 during the APPLY.
