Error description

• ALT NULL to NOT NULL Discarded rows on LOAD.
  Run the compare and generate the APPLY job.  The load fails with
  message:
  DSNU310I  @DBT1 134 14:34:25.59 DSNURCON - RECORD (1) WILL BE
  DISCARDED DUE TO 'PROCESS_FEE_TYPE_CDE'CONVERSION ERROR FOR
  MIL5487.TUNAPP
