Error description

• Object Compare change file has an error with an unexpected
  "ENABLE" added when creating permissions.
  Compare results has an error when
  comparing mask, there should be no change.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When changing the ENABLE status of a    *
  *                      mask or permission using DB2 Admin      *
  *                      Change Management, or in the source     *
  *                      DDL file when using DB2 Object          *
  *                      Comparison Tool, in some cases the      *
  *                      status is not changed.  Also, in        *
  *                      some cases when using DB2 Object        *
  *                      Comparison Tool a difference will       *
  *                      be reported for a mask or permission    *
  *                      when the only difference in the         *
  *                      statement text is one contains the      *
  *                      DISABLE attribute and the other does    *
  *                      not (DB2 default is DISABLE).           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  When changing the ENABLE status of a mask or permission using
  DB2 Admin Change Management, or in the source DDL file when
  using DB2 Object Comparison Tool, in some cases the status is
  not changed.  Also, in some cases when using DB2 Object
  Comparison Tool a difference will be reported for a mask or
  permission when the only difference in the statement text is
  one contains the DISABLE attribute and the other does not
  (DB2 default is DISABLE).
