  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using DB2 Administration Tool for  *
  *                      z/OS to import a change that has a      *
  *                      large amount of objects, the import     *
  *                      job needs to wait an extended amount    *
  *                      of time due to the cursor C_LAST in     *
  *                      program ADBCRCR.  The cursor is         *
