  This APAR fixes the problems resolved after the GA tape was
  created. Apply this APAR before using IMS Database Solution Pack
  V2.1 IMS Online Reorganization Facility
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR fixes the following problems:
  - When a reorganization job failed at the end of the Takeover
   phase, the restarted job fails to start databases or partitions
   with the following errors.
     HRF01000I  Takeover phase ended, return code is 20
     HRF01042E  Subtask SCHD 0005 has terminated abnormally
     HRF01043E  Abend code is U0999
  - When an IMS subsystem get down during the reorganization, the
   cleanup process of the ORF job tries to restart the stopped
   partitions on all IMS subsystems and it fails on the IMS
   subsystem that is down. The partitions on subsequent IMS
   subsystems are left stopped.
  - ODBA applications are not paused during the Takeover phase of
   HALDB reorganization
  - Sample member HRFCCNFG is mistakenly installed as HRFCROPT
