Error description
When you are working in an IBM Rational ClearCase dynamic view, you may find that the 'Case Sensitive' setting does not work in version 8.0..x and later. All files will be downcased when added to source control. WORKAROUND: If you select both Case Insensitive and Case Preserving, you will not experience this behavior.

Problem conclusion
This problem has been fixed in ClearCase 8.0.1.12 and 9.0.0.2. On Windows, in case sensitive mode (not the common default, which is case insensitive) the case preserving flag is now set correctly so names keep the case they were entered with.
