Error description

  • An error in the estae routine of the Job Tracking started task
can cause a disabled wait in z/OS (disabled wait 084 Reason code
004 ).
The estae routine would be entered as the result of a proceeding
error.  In the reported case, the proceeding error is an
abendS913 .
