Error description

• When recovering a FF DB with many secondary indexes with DRF by
  specifying ADD IB and BLD_SECONDARY(ALL), ABENDU0384 occurs in
  IB SAS (IIUAPIFC).
  
  Depending on the timing, a user ABEND may not occur and some
  secondary index information may not appear in the DRF report.

  When recovering an FF DB with many secondary indexes in DRF with
  ADD IB and BLD_SECONDARY(ALL), ABENDU0384 may occur in IB SAS
  (IIUAPIFC).
  Depending on the timing, user ABEND may not occur and some
  secondary index information may not appear in the DRF report.
  When Index Builder registers processing results to a certain
  table via DRF, there is a timing hole in the logic of DRF
  processing, and if multiple IB jobs update that table at the
  same time, entries in the table may be overwritten or ABEND may
  occur depending on timing.
  

Problem conclusion

• FRXRAUX0 is changed so that each SAS region of Index Builder
  serializes requests to add entries from multiple tasks when
  registering information about the index being processed in a
  certain table via DRF.
