PH62213: ORF OCCASIONALLY FAILS WITH MESSAGE HRF01551E

Error description

• IMS Online Reorganization Facility occasionally fails with
  message "HRF01551E Another ORF job already running for DBD
  dbdname" when the status of RECON1 is SPARE and multiple ORF
  jobs for the same database run simultaneously on different
  systems.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This problem occurs when the following conditions are met:
  - The DFSMDA member for RECON data sets are dummy entries
  - The status of DBRC RECON1 is SPARE
  - Multiple ORF jobs for the same database run simultaneously
    on different systems
  
  When the above conditions are met, RECON2 data set name is
  sometime used as RNAME of ENQ when the name of the obtained
  RECON1 data set is blank.
  ORF sets correct RNAME but issues ENQ with wrong address of
  RNAME.
  As a result, ORF job issues the message HRF01551E and
  terminates with U0999.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to set correct RNAME address for ENQ.
