Error description

• Unreasonable message in the logs when Thread History is off
  Description - KO2O1701E CAPTURE SERVER CONNECTION FAILED message
  is displayed in the collector logs when you try to open Thread
  History on E3270UI whilst it's not enabled.

  When the E3270UI Thread History is not configured, error
  message KO2O1701E is displayed in the logs if the user tries
  to open it.
