PH62101: NO SOAP FAULTS MSG RETURNED WITH WEBSERVICES.ALLOWNULLINAXISFAULT = TRUE (PH56866)

Error description

• APAR PH56866 introduced a new custom property, with
  "webservices.allowNullInAxisFault = true", it is working fine.
  But when this fix is enabled then SOAP faults from an IBM
  application are not returned to the caller.

  When the JVM custom property webservices.allowNullInAxisFault
  is set to true, in some customer scerarios, SOAP fault is not
  returned to the Web services client in the SOAP response
  message.
  

Problem conclusion

• This problem occurred because the original AxisFault was
  replaced with a new AxisFault even for AxisFaults which did not
  contain any null charcters. The WebSphere JAX-WS code was
  modified to only throw a new AxisFault when there was an
  embedded null character in the original AxisFault.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
  9.0.5.21 and 8.5.5.27. For more information, see
