  The actual message being printed in the CEEDUMP (incorrect):
  
  "<PROG NAME> was not compiled with the SYM
  suboption of the TEST option. A formatted variable

Problem conclusion

• The problem in the COBOL Runtime has been corrected.
  The problem was resolved by introducing a new message
  in COBOL runtime routine for generating a CEEDUMP.
  
  New correct message printed in the CEEDUMP (correct):
  
  "<PROG NAME> was compiled with
  NOTEST(NODWARF) or equivalent. A formatted
  variable dump cannot be produced."
