Error description

• The LAT could generate SQL with an incorrect WHERE statement
  when the reported table has an index defined as UNIQUE WHERE NOT
  NULL.
  
  This situation happens when corresponding values contain NULLs
  making the WHERE statement non-unique.
  
  This APAR corrects the tool behavior, and it will produce the
  full WHERE statement in such situations.
