Error description

• If in any case Component Meta Data is inaccessible and becomes
  null,  as part of PI66697 as per the code we receive Default
  Component Meta Data and are logging J2CA0041E as an error/debug
  message rather than the exception being thrown.
  This APAR is to change the above said error message to
  info message.

Problem conclusion

• Changed the error message to info message as it is no more an
  error.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
