Error description

• If Advanced SQL is used in the Object Profile to select
  individual object partitions, it's possible that REORG TS and
  REORG IX syntax can contain duplicate indexes.
  
  Further, if multiple jobs are generated, it's possible that 2 or
  more jobs can collide trying to REORG the same index.
