  When using the sibDBUpgrade.sh tool to upgrade Oracle databses
  when upgrading to WebSPhere Application Server v9, incomplete
  DDL can be produced so that when the output of the
  sibDBUpgrade tool is applied, the SIB data store tables are
  not correctly updated.

  When a customer uses the sibDBUpgrade.sh with dbType="Oracle"
  then no SQL statements are produced to update tables to include
  REDELIVERED_COUNT or DELIVERYDELAY_TIME fields.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  9.0.5.21.
