  *                      - Panel 'ADBH' error                    *
  *                      - Panel definition too large            *
  *                      is displayed when pressing PF1 (HELP on *
  *                      panel ADB2 after applying PH61291 when  *
  *                      running with an 3270 emulator with      *
  *                      24x80.                                  *

  Panel ADBH was updated by PH61291, but the panel cannot be
  displayed on a 24x80 terminal. Panel ADBH has now been made
  dynamic so it can be displayed on a 24x80 terminal
