Error description

• The following subcomponents use checkpoint files DRL6CHKI and
  DRL6CHKO to store information between runs.

    3b Buffer Pool Delta Statistics
  Key Performance Metrics - DB2
     DB2 System Level Delta Statistics
  
  APAR PH46966 added a LOB for checkpoints. This APAR writes the
  data to the LOB instead of the checkpoint files.
