A customer has a large number of complex routing rules, when IMS Connect is started the IMS Connect Extensions received these messages: CEX5006E - CEX FAILED TO INITIALIZE, RSN=040D031B FUN1007E Processing error 0001021A. INFO=TXLC/CEXPROD FUN1007E Processing error 0001021A. INFO=FNCM/CEXPROD This indicates an internal sorting cache structure runs out of space.

Problem conclusion
The capacity of the cache was improved by: Increasing its size. Filter out rules which are not applicable before inserting into cache.
