* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements to the  *
*                      temporal support in Admin.              *
****************************************************************
This APAR provides the following enhancements:
- new SYSTIME and BUSTIME commands to set the TEMPORAL registers
- change to panel ADB2 to indicate whether the registers are set
- display the CURRENT TEMPORAL SYSTEM_TIME and CURRENT BUSINESS_
  TIME registers on panel ADB2STAT. Use the STAT command to
  display panel ADB2STAT.
