  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a large number of objects are      *
  *                      compared with Object Compare,           *
  *                      ONCODE condition 451 might occur.       *
  ****************************************************************
  When comparing a large number of objects, especially tables,
  table spaces, and views, modules ADBCCMM and ADB2CM* allocate
  a lot of memory to process those objects.
  Additionally, when a summary report is requested, it needs a
  lot of resources to display the large number of
  objects. This behavior might cause any of the following ONCODE
  451 conditions:
  
  IBM0451S  ONCODE=451  The STORAGE condition was raised.
           From entry point ADBCCMM at statement
           >statement< at compile unit offset >offset< at entry
           offset >offset< at address >address<.
  
  IBM0451S  ONCODE=451  The STORAGE condition was raised.
           From entry point PRINT_SUMMARY_REPORT at statement
           >statement< at compile unit offset >offset< at entry

Problem conclusion

• This APAR reduces the possibility of receiving ONCODE 451.
  The storage allocation is optimized, and the internal program
  object limit is increased.
  Receiving ONCODE condition 451 is still possible
  depending on the objects being compared and the system
  environment.
