• When build COBOL programs, the program should NOT display a
  conditional fallthru from Program Exit to another
  program/statement.

Problem conclusion

• When a FALLTHROUGH was not computed correctly many of them wich
  follow, were affected. In this particular case, for around 400
  paragraphs, about 50 were not computed correctly, but due to
  only 5 of them.
  The C++ code in the COBOL compiler was modified to fix the
  flow-control algorithm.
