  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1- SQL Capture hanging after ASN0200E   *
  *                      2- Deactivate the subscription if DCC   *
  *                      is turned off while Capture is running  *
  *                      for an active subscription              *
  *                      3- QCapture failed with ASN7004E for    *
  *                      EP if a source column is renamed.       *
  *                      4- SQL Apply failed sqlcode -206 when   *
  *                      replicating from z to luw               *
  *                      5- Validate ASNCLP can run on Java 17   *

  1- The Capture program should terminate after ASN0200E message
  2- If turn DCC off while Capture is running for an active
  subscription, Capture does not detect it and stop capturing
  changes from the table. So data will be lost. When Capture
  restarts, it will issue ASN7344E and deactivate the
  subscription.
  3- Currently, for Event Publishing, QCapture will fail with
  ASN7004E message and come down when the source column is
  renamed and the sub is stopped and started.
  4- In a cross platform scenario, source in z, target in LUW,
  control tables in z, SQL Apply running on z failed -206 when
  trying to find out if target table has DCC on.
  5- Verified ASNCLP works with Java 17 using the JVMPRC17
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- Changed the Capture worker thread to handle the rc for temp
  compression dictionary error correctly so the Capture program
  will stop as expected.
  2- If DCC was removed while capture is running for an active
  subscription, when restart Capture, it will deactivate the
  subscription.
  3- QCapture is changed to always rename the
  IBMQREP_SRC_COLS.SRC_COLNAME
  4- Changed SQL Apply to use the correct system catalog when
  determining if target table has DCC on
  5-  Please get the updated asnclp shipped with this APAR which
  supports java 17
