Error description

• Miscellaneous fixes for system-level operations:
  * Fixed an issue where rebuild index is generated for a
  non-partitioned index even if one of the table partitions is
  unrecoverable.
  * Fixed an issue on the Edit Recovery Options panel where some
  fields couldn't be set to 'Y'.
  * Corrected the ARYR298E message.
  * Fixed an issue with the first ISPF session, if another ISPF
  session is opened in the same terminal.
