Error description

• Whenever trying to import smtplib inside a script the following
  error is caught:
  exception information: com.ibm.bsf.BSFException: exception from
  Jython:
  Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "<string>", line 28, in <module>
   File "/usr/WebSphere/AppServer/optionalLibraries/jython/Lib/sm
  tplib.py",line 46, in <module>
     import email.utils
  ImportError: No module named email

Problem conclusion

• Adding back email module.
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
