Error description

• APAR PH59959 delivered a security-related fix for passwords that
  are stored in a Java String object. This fix introduced a
  problem that prevented SQL Tuning Services from connecting to
  Db2.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A password-parsing problem was          *
  *                      introduced in PH59959/UI96033 that      *
  *                      prevented SQL Tuning Services from      *
  *                      connecting to Db2. This APAR provides   *
  *                      a fix for this problem and provides     *
  *                      the following additional fixes and      *
  *                      enhancements:                           *
  *                      1. Support for Java 17.                 *
  *                      2. A new API that provides support for  *
  *                         running multiple tuning actions      *
  *                         simultaneously without the use of a  *
  *                         tuning profile.                      *
