• In RPP 9.7.3 when trying to modify the  Table/View value on a DR
  line in a database block, it is not possible.
  
  The value is not editable and the "Change" button is not active.

  * This control, which was implemented in Pacbase, is too       *
  * restrictive in RPP because when users want to duplicate a    *
  * database block, then they cannot modify the copied one.      *
