  DESCRIPTION:
  
  Automatically set LOCKPART = NO when the MAKEPBG command is
  entered and NUMPART = 0 or 1. Otherwise, the following will
  occur when the generated APPLY job is submitted:
  
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -109, ERROR: LOCKPART YES WITHOUT A NUMPARTS
  CLAUSE IS NOT PERMITTED

  When the MAKEPBG command is used on panel ADB21SAR
  'Redefine Table Space', the NUMPARTS input field is 1 (no parts)
  ,and the Lock Part input field is YES, the following Db2 error
  occurs when the generated APPLY job is submitted:
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -109, ERROR: LOCKPART YES WITHOUT A
  NUMPARTS CLAUSE IS NOT PERMITTED
  

Problem conclusion

• The issue has been resolved where the Lock Part input field will
  automatically be set to NO when the MAKEPBG command is used.
