Error description

• If the high level qualifier name for the system data sets of the
  IMS catalog is defined using the TYPE=CATDSHLQ DFSMDA macro and
  DECODEDBD=YES is specified on the HPSIN DD statement, the
  messages IKJ56228I/GEX3510E are displayed and the DBD is not
  decoded.

  If the high level qualifier (HLQ) name for the system data sets
  of the IMS catalog is defined using the TYPE=CATDSHLQ DFSMDA
  macro and DECODEDBD=YES is specified on the HPSIN DD statement,
  the messages IKJ56228I/GEX3510E are displayed and the DBD is not
  decoded.
  This is because Reorg Expert was not able to retrieve the HLQ
  defined using the TYPE=CATDSHLQ DFSMDA macro.
  

Problem conclusion

• Reorg Expert has been modified to retrieve the HLQ defined using
  the TYPE=CATDSHLQ DFSMDA macro.
