  * 1) Click Manage --> People --> Accounts                      *
  * 2) Select Cognos Namespace                                   *
  * 3) One one of the roles, choose More --> Properties          *
  * 4) Click Customization --> Features                          *
  *                                                              *
  * In previous releases (per the technote above), there was a   *
  * section called +New, where you could deselect specific items *
  * for that role.                                               *
  *                                                              *
  * In the current UI, you have to drill into a specific         *
  * functionality (for example Notebook --> Application Bar -->  *
  * Open Menu) after which you can select/deselect +New          *
  *                                                              *
  * The issue with this, is if you deselect +New for one         *
  * functionality (ie, Notebook) it disappears for ALL items on  *
  * the +New menu for that role (in fact, the +New menu is no    *
  * longer visible for that role).                               *
  *                                                              *
  * I have a testcase in Fyre:                                   *
  *                                                              *
