Error description

• You migrate to CICS TS 6.1 and start receiving ABENDATCE
  which means- no tioa was supplied for a write request.
  
  Looking at a system dump from the ATCE abend, CICS trace
  shows the abend is occurring on the first
  EXEC CICS RECEIVE-TC
  command issued by the task. Here are the trace entries:

  AP FD01 ZARQ ENTRY APPL_REQ TCTTE(22D33AB0) READ WAIT READBUF
                     TRANSPARENT
  AP 2000 PCPG ENTRY - ABEND
  
  Looking at the code in DFHZARQ at the 6.1 level, there is new
  code added to check for the presence of a Terminal Input
  Ouput Area or TIOA, if auto journaling is turned on.
  In this case, there is no TIOA which leads to the ATCE abend.
  
  This check for the TIOA was not made in the prior release of
  CICS.
