Error description

• Welcome home page freezes when Recent list contains a big data
  module that contains a big FM package. This issue occurs after
  opening the big data module and then you go to the home page and
  the data module is listed under "Recent" tab.
  

Local fix

• For non-admin users : Disable AI assistant capabilities.
  For admin users : Change to other view as default home page and
  hide Assistant icon using spec.json. (excludeItems name is
  com.ibm.bi.assistant.conversation. )
