APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• - During shutdown the Publisher API PC routine CEXPUBMN loops
  issuing the message:
  CEX5029I CEX Publisher API waiting for 1 PC routine(s) to end
  before closing.
  - After Publisher API client abends with:
  CEX7206E CEXPAPI REQUEST=READASYN ended with R15=00000008
  R0=00000047 REASON=CEXMAPI ESTAE
  subsequently restarting the Publisher API client results in:
  CEX7206E CEXPAPI REQUEST=CONNECT ended with R15=00000010
  R0=00000057 REASON=MTT_SWPLOCK not obtained

Problem conclusion

• 1. CEXPUBMN is corrected so that so that after waiting 10
     seconds shutdown continues.
  
  2. CEXPC01 is corrected.
