PH59833: INCONSISTENT RESULTS OCCUR WHEN RUNNING RTS LINE COMMAND AFTER UNSUCCESSFUL RH LINE COMMAND IN PANEL ADB21S

APAR status

Error description

• A user does an RTS line command on a table space in panel ADB21S
  and gets 42 rows, one row for each partition. User then does a
  RH line command and gets no rows returned. Then user does a RTS
  line command on the same table space and only gets 24 rows - the
  result should have been 42 as it was the first time.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The RTS panel shows incorrect results   *
  *                      when an RTS line command is issued      *
  *                      after an RH line command that returned  *
  *                      no rows for a partitioned table space.  *

   On panel ADB21S, when a user issues line command 'RTS' on a
  partitioned table space that has real-time stats, the RTS panel,
  ADB2314, shows correct values.  If the user first issues an 'RH'
  line command on panel ADB21S and receives a "no rows returned"
  message, the subsequent 'RTS' line command from ADB21S on the
  same table space returns different values on the RTS panel,
  ADB2314.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been addressed.
