PH59687: AUDITING STOPS WORKING IF ANY OTHER NAME THAN FILE IS USED FOR LOGGING FILE TYPE DESTINATION

Error description

• In Cognos configuration under Environment -Logging destination
  File , if any name other than 'File' is used,  Audit table
  COGIPF_USERLOGON stop populating .This is observed in Cognos
  12.0.1 and following versions 12.0.1 IF1 , 12.0.2. In previous
  version like Cognos 12.0.0 , 11.2.4 and 11.1.7 changing
  destination file name does not affect Audit tables.

• Use default 'File' name
