• A serviceability improvement of the tracing for IPIC CIST and
  CISD transactions.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Improve diagnostics for IPCONN in a     *
  *                      FREEING state.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  When an IPIC connection is RELEASED it will enter a FREEING
  state until the tasks running through the connection have
  completed. With the current diagnostics it is difficult to
  identify which tasks the IPCONN is waiting on.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been changed so that a new trace entry is issued to
  display which tasks the IPCONN is waiting on when it is in a
  FREEING state.
