• This APAR corresponds to IMS APAR PH54827. This APAR is required
  to run IMS HP Change Accumulation (HPCA) in an IMS managed ACB
  environment.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables IMS HP Change         *
  *                      Accumulation to run in environment of   *
  *                      the IMS management of ACBs. When the    *
  *                      IMS management of ACBs is enabled, IMS  *
  *                      HP Change Accumulation refers the       *
  *                      database definitions from the IMS       *
  *                      catalog instead of the DBDLIB data set. *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *
  ****************************************************************
  When the IMS management of ACBs is enabled, IMS HP Change
  Accumulation refers the database definitions from the IMS
  catalog instead of the DBDLIB data set. When it runs with the
  IMS management of ACBs, IMS Catalog Definition exit routine
  ( DFS3CDX0 ) is required.
  
  For using IMS HP Change Accumulation with IMS management of
  ACBs, you must apply the maintenance APAR PH54827 to the IMS
  V15.
