Error description

• When doing a classic compare, with Use DEFER YES set to YES,
  the resulting WSL has rebuild out of order, causing the job to
  fail with an RC=08.

  An index is in REBUILD-pending status, and the foreign keys of
  the table are altered. Object Compare generates the
  needed CHECK DATA statement due to the altered foreign keys, but
  the operation fails, because the index needs to be rebuilt.

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed. Object Compare will generate the
  needed REBUILD INDEX statement, allowing CHECK DATA to complete.
