Error description

• When running a change job created by compare, the job fails
  with a -204, due to an attempt to ALTER a previously dropped
  TRIGGER.

  When Change Management is used to redefine a trigger that needs
  to be dropped and recreated, but an ALTER TRIGGER REPLACE
  statement was used in the change, Object Compare will
  incorrectly generate an ALTER TRIGGER statement instead of a
  CREATE TRIGGER statement.
