Error description

  • SF case reference: TS014880857
We need to dump a call stack when persistent dispatcher or still
dispatcher is requested to be stopped, , and captures this
information in any subsequently related FFDC

This case is opened to address the other issue: CWSIS1577E: The
persistent dispatcher cannot accept work because of a runtime
    error.

    com.ibm.ws.sib.msgstore.PersistenceException: CWSIS1577E: The

    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
CWSIS1577E FFDCs occur when messaging persistence is required
but the PersistentDispatcher has been previously shutdown for
    some reason.
Given the possible elapsed time between the shutdown and the
request, it can be difficult to determine why the dispatcher
    thread had previously been stopped.

Problem conclusion

  • The APAR captures additional information, including stack
trace, at the point the dispatcher thread is requested to be
stopped, and adds this to the diagnostic information captured
    in any subsequent CWSIS1577E FFDCs.

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
8.5.5.27 and 9.0.5.21. For more information, see 'Recommended
    Updates for WebSphere Application Server':
